At Instapack, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy ensures a smooth, fair, and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note:

  • Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

    • Reason for return
  • Our support team will respond with return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item), Instapack covers the return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

If a replacement item is available, we will gladly arrange an exchange.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement without delay.
